Chat History Exporter saves a Microsoft Teams conversation you already have open as a file on your own computer. Open the chat, pick a format, click Export. Nothing else to set up — no account, no sign-in, no server. It is built for long conversations. Teams only keeps a small window of messages loaded at a time, so the exporter walks the history itself, waiting for older messages to arrive rather than assuming it has reached the end. A chat going back several years can take up to an hour and a half; leave the tab open and it does the work.
