Page to Calendar turns event information on the page you are viewing into a single-event .ics calendar file. It works entirely in Chrome. No Codex, skill, AI service, account, or API key is needed. HOW IT WORKS Open an event page and click the extension. When the details are complete, you get a compact event summary and a Download calendar file button. If the page contains several events, choose the one you want. Edit details and source evidence are available when you need them. CHOICES WHERE THEY MATTER Missing years and time zones, dates without a start time, and conflicting schedules become focused choices. Unknown end times stay blank. Nonexistent daylight-saving times are blocked; repeated times offer the earlier and later occurrence. The extension reports when Chrome finishes saving the file or when a download fails. You can highlight an event's text before opening the extension. Extraction supports structured event metadata and readable English and German dates. Timed and all-day events are supported. Edits are retained when switching between event choices within the open popup. LOCAL AND STANDALONE Page reading, date parsing, validation, and file generation happen on your device. Page content is not sent to the developer or an external AI service. The extension reads a page only when invoked and does not request permanent website access. It uses its own browser download records to show save status. LIMITS Extraction is heuristic and may miss or misidentify details. Review the summary and edit it when needed. Images, inaccessible frames, and unsupported date formats may require manual entry. Closing the popup discards the editable draft. The output is a plain-text .ics file that can contain the event information you reviewed. Import it yourself in a calendar application that accepts .ics files. The extension does not register for events, send invitations, connect to calendar accounts, or verify calendar imports.
