Metatron Notes files what you find on the web inside a topic, and keeps the page context on the note. • Save a text selection with the page title, URL, and quote • Keep notes inside topics and jump back with Go to • Save the current YouTube timestamp, or a Twitch / Kick clip URL • Open local PDFs in the built-in reader and save quotes from them • Export notes as Markdown or JSON • Optional AI (OpenAI or Claude): bring your own key to suggest a topic. Notes still save if AI is off or the call fails Notes stay in this browser profile. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn AI on and paste your own API key. Shortcuts: Alt+Shift+N save selection, Alt+Shift+M save media, Alt+Shift+D open the side panel. Local PDFs (file://) need "Allow access to file URLs" turned on in the extension's Details. The store cannot turn that on for you.
