I love this extension because it gives me a clean and minimalist new tab page. It’s perfect for people who want to avoid distractions and focus on their work. It also saves me time and bandwidth by not loading any unnecessary thumbnails or widgets. It’s simple, fast, and elegant.

I am so happy this now exists. Being so OCD, it ANNOYS me every time I open a tab and bear witness to all the noise on the usual chrome screen. When I'm in focus mode, I don't want distractions, because everything that isn't supposed to be there pulls a little part of my energy away from focusing on the things that matter. This extension solves that problem by giving me a completely black screen every time I open a new tab. It's so refreshing. Great extension
