Very unhappy. I never signed up for a paid plan, my settings say I have a free plan, yet they have charged me over 40 USD. I never authorised this and have had nothing from the company suggesting they would charge me. Its wrong to charge when it has not been authorised.

The extension's failure to adhere to settings is frustrating. Despite testing it across various computers and platforms (macOS, Linux, Windows) over several months, I consistently encounter an issue where the 'New' indicator reactivates after every app update. It's baffling and persistent, detracting significantly from the overall user experience

used to be wonderful. not the free version only allow you to do 3 screenshots...

Product is okay. You can get other similar products for cheaper/free. Customer service poor and unresponsive around billing / cancellation / refund.

Useful and simple. Great app.
