Reports stopped working from 2016

Hi,

First..thanks for making this awesome app. We simply can't do without it.

I'm running Dexcom with Xdrip, into nightscout, and have been using this app to monitor and produce the reports.

For some reason reports with 2016 dates are just empty and have no data.

What am I missing? What can I check? Data is getting into Mondolab DB.

No connection to Dexcom

The app doesn't seem to want to connect to the Dexcom - it is plugged in, with the charging icon present, but I only get the "Talking to CGM" alert and not the "CGM replying" alert.

It has been working fine for several weeks, but now has stopped working .. what is going on?

Data not downloading from mongodb

I've selected "Remote CGM" as my datasource and populated the information on the mongolab tab. It Tests ok but when I select download from Mongolab it just sits there and doesn't actually download anything. The BG graph does not populate either unless I provide our NightScout URL.

What have I done wrong? Or have I misunderstood and this is not capable of reporting on information in mongodb?

Data reads, but no display

The data is reading. I'm getting the notifications, the reports work, and I can export the data to a CSV. But there isn't a display and when I try to upload to MongoDB nothing is being pushed to the DB.

Is there a debug mode or log I can look at?

Ubuntu

Hi, I'm trying to get this working on Ubuntu. I set the udev rules and it's not working.

Does the app have an error log that I can look at or a debug mode that I can turn on to see if there is some meaningful information for the error?

Dexcom not communicating?

I have Dexcom Studios installed, but my computer says it can't connect to the receiver. Seems like maybe the receiver is no longer talking to my computer. Often, the setup works for a few hours, then spontaneously stops. My computer doesn't sleep, rest, or alter power status in any way. Help?
