Nielsen Extension

It was not easy to understand what was going on with this extension on my computer. Which does seem to be a common complaint amongst participants. If the initial registration explained the way it works, in more simple terms, I think more people would engage and try to get their setup right. Once you get it right and understand the concept it is a very easy method of earning rewards.

Took two years just earning the weekly points, but I earned a $50 gift card (I chose Walmart), so it's definitely legit but not something that is going to help you short term. Still a pretty cool deal for a passive extension.

i finally got it reinstalled back on my devices, I'm not sure what if anything is getting recorded? I'm still reading the same points, getting a message that I'm active & unactive ? each time I try to login into my account it cant find it, this app is so FRUSTRATING.

I haven't been able to earn or redeem anything from having this extension. I haven't been able to sign in to the rewards section, so this is useless to me. I tried reaching out to customer support, but no one responded/did anything.

their scratch off games are a scam. I've won numerous time, screenshot the winning symbols, but have never been paid. Contacted customer service with no response. I don't waste time even playing their scam games. Even with documentation of a win they dont have to pay according to their rules. Keeps losing track of my devices and I have to constantly reinstall app. They do pay out for points earned, I'll give them that much.

I love this app so much, I do not have it on my personal phone as the app does slow my phone down but i put it on a old phone that the whole family has access too. my tablet which is just for youtube and games, and my laptop. Love getting the points, Not liking how you took the xbox gift cards off it and only those various cards. because you must now have that exact amount for a xbox gift card with on of them even though its only for $40. xbox wont allow that. please be careful this this. Now I'm not going to pretend that I didn't earn a gift card or two. The issue with Nielsen is the energy draining aspect of the app (especially for cell phones). If you notice that your cell phone web is loading much slower, uninstall Nielsen and watch your speed come back. Are the gift cards worth the hassle? Only you can decide that.

Slows down my desktop, refuses to recognise my laptop and keeps dropping my mobile. Customer service is so slow in responding that you have forgotten the problem by the time they reply.

Right now, it's going to be one star, and the only reason is that I know this is a legitimate corporation, and they can do better. I don't know who is in charge of their rewards, but we trust our information and will get rewarded accordingly or we are supposed to. That's the only issue I have we're not getting paid that's OK because I signed up for a rewards program I understood that from the beginning.
