Dark mode and one-click transcript copying for agents working in the NiCE CXone agent workspace.

NiCER adds the things contact-centre agents keep doing by hand in the NiCE CXone agent workspace: a proper dark theme, and a Copy button that assembles a case note in one press. DARK MODE A dark theme built for this suite specifically, rather than a filter thrown over every page. Brand colours, status colours and logos come through untouched, and surfaces keep the light theme's own ordering so cards still read as cards. It covers the agent workspace, Contact History, Search, Directory, Schedule, Settings, Reporting, WEM and Dashboards, including the frames those last two run in. Toggle it from the moon button in the header; the preference is remembered. COPY AND DOWNLOAD Copy assembles the contact fields, the AI summary and the conversation into one block of text, ready to paste into a case. Download saves the transcript as a text file. On a call, Copy takes the after-call summary. WRITTEN FOR CASE NOTES, NOT FOR EXPORT Temporary passwords quoted in a chat or an AI summary are replaced with X's before anything reaches the clipboard, and email addresses are replaced with [email]. Both are cleaned in the summary box itself as well, so the record saved in the workspace no longer carries them. The contact fields are never altered: those are the case's own record. PRIVACY Nothing is collected, stored off-machine or sent anywhere. The extension has no servers, no analytics and no account. It reads only the page already open in front of the agent, and writes only to that page and to the clipboard when a button is pressed. NiCER is an independent tool.
