Overview

Save any job posting you're viewing straight into your NiceHire account, in one click.

Capture any job posting you find on the web, straight into your NiceHire account. Job hunting means dozens of tabs across dozens of career sites. NiceHire Job Capture puts one button in your toolbar: click it on any job posting, and the extension reads the page — structured job data where the site provides it, a careful fallback reading of the page where it doesn't — and shows you a preview. Confirm, and it's saved to your NiceHire account, ready to track, apply to, and (in the NiceHire app) get AI-assisted analysis on. How it reads a page: 1. Structured JobPosting data most career sites already publish (the same data search engines use), when it's there. 2. Standard page-preview tags (Open Graph / meta) as a fallback. 3. A careful, job-specific reading of the page's own layout as a further fallback. 4. If none of the above find a clear job posting, it still saves the page's URL, title, and any text you had selected — clearly marked as a partial capture, never guessed or invented. What it never does: - Never reads a page unless you click the toolbar icon first — no background scanning, no access to tabs you haven't explicitly asked it to look at. - Never touches any site other than the one you're capturing and nicehire.ai itself. - Never asks for your NiceHire password — it uses your existing signed-in nicehire.ai session, the same way any of your open nicehire.ai tabs already are. - In employer mode, never reads the page you're viewing at all — the employer panel only opens your own nicehire.ai pages in a new tab. Your saved jobs, right in the popup. Recently saved jobs show right in the popup, so you can see what you've already captured without leaving the page you're on. Not signed in? One click opens the NiceHire login page. Using NiceHire as an employer? The extension recognizes an employer (organization) account automatically and shows an employer panel instead of the capture button: type a search and it opens your own candidate pool on nicehire.ai in a new tab — the same search page you already have, one click closer. In employer mode the extension never reads the page you're viewing at all: no capture, no page access, only a shortcut into your own NiceHire workspace. Part of the NiceHire platform — nicehire.ai.
