Overview

Collects log files to troubleshoot NICE inContact agent issues.

This extension enhances the capabilities of InContact MAX and CXONE agents by facilitating the collection of JSON files, console logs, InContact MAX logs directly from their browser tab. Update 1.4: The functionality for saving .har files has been substituted with JSON format due to its reduced demand on computing resources while still maintaining compatibility with analysis via a .har analyser.

Handy app for log collection for NICE Engineers. Now supports CXone Agent app browser version! Improvement opportunities - Please add support for CXone Agent Embedded for ServiceNow. - Please add an auto recording option when CXone Agent is opened - Please add a prompt to resume recording after stopping and downloading the log files.
