Cannot Activate

I add extension for Google Drive. Click Activate Virtru. It loads then message pops up stating "your account is not associated with a valid license. Please contact administrator. "

Please assist with how to get past this error message.

I mistakenly X'd out instead of clicking on "activate". How do I complete my activation?
