You have to select the custom area using screengrabber tool and then use Ctrl+C to copy the image. Then open a Photo app and paste it into this as a new image.

Extremely frustrating. No instructions. Icons have no indication of what they represent or what function they perform. No clue if it's working or where the images are being saved. Effectively useless for our purposes.

No Instructions on how to screen grab it, all i get is an orange page highlighting the area,

A simplistic tool without the bells and whistles, simple and very affective.. great stuff!! would love a simple recording tool...
