How does the extension work?

Hi, when we have installed the chrome extension does that mean we have type genie? Or do we have to go to the website and sign up there first? Do we need to sign up through our employer or can an individual employee sign up?

Doesn't work for me

Hi, I've had your extension installed in Chrome for months. Every time I try to use it in ZD, it doesn't work. When I click on it (beneath the public reply field), it states, "Stay tuned while we prepare to start delivering your AI recommendations! The process normally takes under 2 - 5 business days. However, it's never started working for me. Please advise on how I can correct this issue. Thanks.
