YTWhitelist Chrome
Overview
A shuffled engineering discovery feed with a personal channel whitelist and no Shorts.
A extension to rid your life of useless slop, by removing shorts, trending, and subscription pages. All you have is a whitelist in which you can add and remove channels you want to see on the home screen. No distractions. You still have shuffled videos, viewcounts, publication dates, and video time on your home page. When you click a video there is no longer and suggested videos for you to click on. Once you are done with the video you cannot go down a rabbithole of content you don't choose intentionally. Features: • Show videos only from your whitelisted YouTube channels • Shuffle videos naturally like a normal YouTube homepage • Hide YouTube Shorts, adding a Most Viewed and Newest Tab for video uploads • Keep channel names, view counts, upload dates, thumbnails, and durations, comments • Add or remove channels using a YouTube channel URL or @handle • Refresh public video information • Store settings locally on your device • No account, PIN, advertising tracker, or developer analytics
