Overview
Supercharge your Claude.ai workflow: search, filter, bulk-upload and export project files, and manage instructions and memory.
The Claude Project Workspace by Athantic AI transforms how you interact with your Claude.ai project environments. Built specifically for power users, developers, and project managers, this extension injects a native, highly responsive project dashboard directly into the Claude interface, covering your files and GitHub sources, your project instructions, and Claude's memory—eliminating the friction of handling large context repositories one file at a time. Seamlessly integrated into Claude's right-hand sidebar, the workspace can act as a docked native panel or break away into a fully resizable, draggable floating window that resizes from any edge. Open it from the project page or from any chat inside the project. It taps directly into Claude's backend APIs to give you complete, unrestricted control over both your text-based documents and binary files. Four tabs (Files, Instructions, Project Memory, and Account Memory) put everything Claude knows about your project in one place. ⚡ Core Features Bulk Upload & ZIP Export: Stop managing files one by one. Select multiple files from your local machine to upload directly into your project context. PDFs and other binary files upload exactly as Claude's own Add button handles them. Select multiple repository files and instantly export them as a neatly packaged .zip archive, or download individual files with their exact MIME types preserved. Advanced Boolean Search: Find exactly what you need instantly. The search bar supports comma-separated multiple terms (OR logic) and minus-sign exclusions (NOT logic). For example, typing schema, blueprint, -.sql will locate your architecture files while hiding database scripts. Smart Duplicate Filtering: Clean up cluttered project histories with a single click. The intelligent "Duplicates" filter scans your repository, strips away version numbers (e.g., _v1, _v3.2) and timestamps, and isolates base files that have been uploaded multiple times. Native Capacity Tracking: Never guess your context limits again. A dynamic capacity bar sits at the bottom of the workspace, perfectly synced with Claude's native API, visually tracking your project context usage (from green to red) as you approach your file limits. Popup-Free Safety Controls: Say goodbye to jarring browser system alerts. Deleting files and memory utilizes a sleek, inline two-step confirmation button right inside the UI, ensuring you never accidentally wipe a file without being bogged down by Chrome popups. Every failed upload, delete, or download is listed with its reason, so nothing is ever shown as done when it wasn't. While a sync, upload, delete, archive, or instructions replacement is running, the other actions wait their turn, so two operations never collide. Deep File Insights: Widen your view beyond Claude's default UI. The data grid displays exact file sizes, native extension types, and relative upload times. Simply hover over any file's details to reveal a native tooltip displaying its exact creation and last-modified timestamps down to the minute. GitHub Source Sync: Keep your connected repositories current without leaving the workspace. Each GitHub source in your project gets its own row at the top of the Files tab, showing its repository, branch, folders, file count, and last sync time, and counting toward the file total exactly as Claude counts it. Click Sync now to pull the latest from GitHub, or Sync all to refresh every source at once. A sync started from Claude's own interface is followed too, through each step Claude shows, and a source that could not be synced is listed with its reason and a one-click retry. Project Instructions Control: Read your project's instructions in full, download them, or replace them from a file. Your current instructions are automatically downloaded first, and a confirmation shows exactly how many lines were added and removed. Project & Account Memory Management: See everything Claude remembers, file by file, with descriptions. Preview any memory file, download one or many as a .zip archive, and delete the project memories you no longer want Claude to keep. Your account-wide memory is right next door, ready to browse and back up. One-Click Memory Archives: Back up an entire memory tab with Archive All: a single .zip archive with a manifest describing everything inside it. Legacy Memory Rescue: Don't lose Claude's pre-upgrade legacy memory. While Claude still offers it, view it, download it in Claude's own export format, and include it in your archives. The feature steps aside automatically once Claude stops offering it. List Export & Print: Export the list of selected files, GitHub sources, or memory items as PDF, CSV, Markdown, or plain text, or send it straight to your printer. Live Auto-Refresh: Your workspace stays current. It refreshes itself when you add or remove files through Claude's own interface, and a one-click refresh tells you exactly what changed. Built-In Change Alerts: If Claude.ai changes something the workspace relies on, a clear notice tells you which function is affected instead of leaving you guessing. Built-In User Guide: Click the version number in the workspace header to open a complete illustrated guide in its own tab, with searchable contents and a print-ready layout. Personalized Settings: Choose a download sub-folder (invalid folder names are caught before they're saved) and switch between dark and light themes. 🛡️ Privacy & Security First Built by Athantic AI, this extension operates entirely within your local browser environment. It relies strictly on your active, authenticated Claude session to securely route fetch requests to Claude's own APIs. Zero analytics are collected, and absolutely no file, instruction, or memory data is ever transmitted to Athantic AI or any third-party servers. Take control of your AI development environment today.
