This is wonderful. I am a somewhat lapsed programmer, but I've found all the quotes (so far) very funny. Maybe I was just in a good mood. The app hijacks the 'New Tab' processing to produce the quote in a wonderful old-school CRT monitor font. There doesn't seem much to configure. Just install and go.
