Right Click Opens Link New Tab

Been having issues since the update on the 15th

Before the update, every website I went to this worked perfectly on. Since the 15th, its been entirely hit or miss, it seems to get disabled easily and just enabling it doesnt seems to always work. Even when it says its enable sometimes it still doesn't work.
