Send PDF and Word documents for digital signature with NextSign, straight from the page you are working on. No more downloading the file, opening another system and uploading it again. It works on any website with a PDF or Word file. HOW IT WORKS • Right-click a link to a PDF or Word file and choose "Send with NextSign". • Or click the NextSign icon in the toolbar. "On this page" lists the documents on the page, ready to send with one click. If the tab itself is a PDF, you can send it directly. • The document opens in Chrome's side panel. Check the title, choose recipients and send. You can also choose a file from your computer or drop it into the panel. IN THE SIDE PANEL • People on the page with an e-mail address or phone number are suggested as recipients. One click adds them. • For each recipient, choose e-mail, SMS or e-Boks (Denmark) and which of your company's templates to use. • Turn on CPR validation (Denmark), so the signer has to confirm their CPR number with MitID before the document opens. • Signers use the eID that fits your company: MitID in Denmark, BankID in Sweden, the German ID card (Personalausweis) in Germany. • Save the case as a draft in NextSign if you want to finish it later. • NextSign notices when a document has already been sent, so it is not sent twice by mistake. PRICE The extension is free. You pay for signatures in NextSign as usual. WHAT YOU NEED • A NextSign account. You sign in with your NextSign user. • An administrator switches on "NextSign for Chrome" under Integrations in NextSign. It is free. PRIVACY On most pages, the extension only reads the page when you click it (right-click menu or toolbar icon). Nothing leaves your browser until you press Send.
