NextRole — Auto Apply for Jobs

Applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply, JobStreet and Workday jobs for you every day. AI answers form questions from your resume.

Wake up to job applications already sent. NextRole finds jobs that match your searches and fills in the application forms for you every day, in your own Chrome, while you work or sleep. It's built for job seekers in Malaysia and Singapore. WHAT IT DOES • Applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply, JobStreet Quick Apply and Workday careers sites (banks, GLCs and large employers that hire through Workday). • AI answers application form questions from your resume and profile: years of experience, expected salary, notice period and more. When it isn't sure, the job waits and you're asked once. Your answer is saved and reused on every form after that. • Runs on a schedule you choose (for example Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm), or start and stop it from your phone. Your laptop starts within a minute. • Shield keeps your accounts safe: separate hourly, daily and weekly limits for each site, random human-like gaps between applications, and an automatic pause when a site shows a security check. • Filters so it only applies to jobs that fit: skip internships or roles that are too senior, exclude keywords, filter by resume match, and put your favourite companies first. • A results dashboard: applications per day and per site, success rate, questions waiting for you, and each job from applied to offer. • Recruiter pitch (Pro plan): after you apply to a LinkedIn job that shows its hiring team, AI writes a short note from your resume. You review it and press Send yourself, or turn on Auto with a daily limit and safe pacing. HOW TO START 1. Create your account at nextrole.my (free trial available). 2. Add this extension and choose "Log in through the browser". 3. Upload your resume, pick the jobs you want, and turn on the schedule. Try a test run first to watch a form being filled without sending it. GOOD TO KNOW • You need a NextRole account. Plans and prices are on nextrole.my. No auto-debit: your subscription simply ends if you don't renew. • AI uses your own AI API key (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and others), usually a few sen a day. Without a key, NextRole still applies using your profile and saved answers. • It works with the LinkedIn and JobStreet accounts you're already signed in to in Chrome. NextRole never asks for your LinkedIn or JobStreet password. • Your laptop needs to be on, with Chrome open, during your scheduled hours. • NextRole sends applications for you. It can't promise interviews or a job: that part is still up to employers.
