NextLot Bulk Export is a productivity tool for NextLot auction administrators. It adds bulk export and catalog enhancement features directly to the NextLot admin interface. Export to EquipmentFacts Export all lots or a selected subset to a CSV formatted for EquipmentFacts import. Columns include Lot, Inventory #, Alt Sort #, Lot Name, Description, Quantity, Video URL, and Image URLs. Export to Proxibid Export lots to a Proxibid-compatible CSV. Optionally download all lot photos as organized ZIP files — batched automatically to stay within browser memory limits. A 2,000-photo limit prevents browser crashes on very large auctions; the extension will suggest a smaller selection size if the limit is exceeded. Catalog View Enhancements The catalog page is enhanced automatically with photo count badges (red for no photos, green for one or more), description and video indicators, and a filter/sort bar for quickly finding lots that need attention. Export Settings Choose which columns to include Fast or Safe connection speed for photo downloads Skip lots with no images Plain or formatted description text CSV-only mode for Proxibid (skips photo download) No data leaves your browser except to download files to your computer
