Always know what's next. Next Up counts down to your next meeting from your own Google Calendar, right beside the page you're working on. YOUR NEXT MEETING, AT A GLANCE - One big countdown, with one-click Join when the meeting has a link. - The time left on the toolbar icon, in the color of the alert. - A note when two meetings run back to back. SEE YOUR DAY THE WAY YOU LIKE - Vertical timeline: your day from top to bottom, with a line at now. - Agenda and Steps: a calendar page, or your day as a route from what's done to what's ahead. - List: what's coming, in order. - Horizontal timeline: your whole day across the hours, on a full page of its own. PIN WHAT'S CRITICAL Pin a meeting and it stands out wherever it appears, and stays at the top of every view until you unpin it. MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT KEEPS YOU WELL Turn on availability to see the free time between your meetings, with healthy things to do in it. Choose one and it's placed in that space. Add your own, turn any off and set how long each takes. They stay on your computer and are never added to your calendar. ALERTS THAT DON'T NAG - Three levels before each meeting, each with its own lead time and color. - A short chime while the panel is open. - A system notification with a Join button, if you want one. WHERE YOU WANT IT Open it in Chrome's side panel, under the toolbar icon or in its own window that remembers where you left it. Press Ctrl+Shift+J anywhere in Chrome to join your next meeting. SETTINGS A searchable settings page with seasonal and holiday themes, and a way to customize the colors of any theme. Back up everything to a file, and reset any area on its own. HOW IT CONNECTS Your calendar reaches Next Up through a small script you add to your own Google account. Setup takes about five minutes and the settings page walks you through it. You can try it first with sample events. PRIVACY Your calendar goes from that script straight to your browser, never through us, and your settings stay on your device. No accounts and no tracking of what you do on the web. It sends a few anonymous usage counts, such as which settings pages get opened, to help improve it; you can turn them off in Settings.
