Nexori does not receive your CRM contacts, notes or WhatsApp message history. Data leaves your device only when you use billing, subscription or license features, or when you explicitly choose to sync contact summaries to Google Sheets. The extension accesses the identity of the open WhatsApp chat and visible chat rows only as needed to match them with your local CRM data and show stage indicators. Quick Replies only insert text into the WhatsApp message box when you click Insert. Nexori FollowUp never sends WhatsApp messages automatically and does not include bulk messaging. Google Sheets integration is optional and uses limited access to files created or used by the extension in your own Google Drive.
