Overview

Spot Nexbid snippets on publisher pages, 1-click-install the publisher's MCP into your assistant. Never touches ChatGPT or Claude.

Nexbid — Publisher MCP Bridge When you visit a participating publisher page, this extension quietly detects the page's Nexbid snippet and lets you install that publisher's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server into your AI assistant with one click. After that, your assistant can pull the publisher's structured, source-linked content directly — instead of guessing. What it does • Detects Nexbid snippet markup on whitelisted, user-approved publisher pages. • Offers a one-click MCP install into your local AI-assistant configuration (with a manual fallback if the local helper isn't installed). • Shows you what it found and lets you decide. Nothing is auto-installed. What it will NEVER do • It never runs on AI assistant sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, …). No content scripts, no page changes, no reading your chats — enforced in code. • It never rewrites AI answers or injects links into them. • It uses no cookies, no web-request interception, and does no cross-site tracking. Privacy Telemetry is limited to anonymous daily aggregate counts (snippet detected / install clicked / install succeeded / fallback used) keyed by a locally generated random id. No URLs, no page content, no personal data. Opt out with one click in the popup.
