This is a chrome extension which aim to be a light-weight notes manager that opens up when a new tab is created. The content will be synchronised across multiple browser instances. The Papier chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/papier/hhjeaokafplhjoogdemakihhdhffacia) inspired this project.
