LIVE CAPTIONS • Turn microphone audio, a browser tab, device audio shared through your browser, or a combination into real-time translated captions. • Switch audio sources during a caption session without ending it. • Choose your languages and add context or glossary terms. • Place captions over the page, in a bottom banner, or in a side panel. PAGE TRANSLATION • Translate a page and switch between translated text and the original. • Use your browser's built-in translator, Newey AI translation, or your own API key. • Read supported Notion pages in a separate translation panel that preserves common formatting. SELECTED TEXT • Select text to translate, improve, summarize, draft a reply or reaction, or enter a custom request. • Add instructions and regenerate a result or ask for a shorter or longer version. GOOD TO KNOW • Live captions and AI text actions require a Newey account. Browser translation works without a Newey account when the browser supports it. • Plans use a shared allowance for supported features; see newey.ai/pricing for current details. • Browser translation runs on your device. When you choose Newey AI or request an AI text action, the relevant text and instructions are sent to Newey and an AI provider. Your own API key sends text directly to your chosen provider.
