New Tab Todo List: Checklist, Notes, Outliner

I want to enjoy this. But I'm prompted to pay for Ai features barely 5 minutes in And all I want is a simple daily check list! I click the tasks as complete after setting up daily functions, and when I click the check list there is no vissual indicator that I've checked it off. So what it does sets it as done, but really when I clicked it again it sets the following days as done as well. Tip: Have the free trial is 24 hours or something. Great job. It's the only todo tab I've seen that allows for formatting (bold, underline, etc.) and subtasks/outlining. And the sub tasks are easy to control. No one else does sub tasks! However, I do agree with some of the comments that it is a bit overwhelming for those of us who are just looking for a single user (non-collaborative) todo tab. Maybe add a "super simple ui" mode? But in any event, a great todo/organization new tab page. Thanks!

Personally, I think it is quite complicated. I created this for To-Do lists, but it seems that this is not for it. The formatting confuses me and I don't know how to create a list. I will probably stick to my other to do list extensions.
