New-Tab Blocker

Works well but I wish it had an override key option so you can click on a link and let the site open a new tab overriding the blocker when required

Not working for me. I tried adding "" which didn't work. Manually added about a dozen sites that had opened new tabs, then went back to the page previously generated and clicked a link only for a new tab for a previously added site to open. If it's not the extension that's the problem it needs an idiot proof guide to configure.

Complex. Adding "" (nothing) doesn't do anything for me. Besides, the purpose of blocking pop-up ads is to block them BEFORE they are engaged. If this extension does work to block automatically all new tabs, then the developer needs to provide detailed instructions which include images/media.

The extension is supposed to block all new tabs from tabs that start with one of the provided URL beginnings. To fix potential bugs, I would like to reproduce your situation. It would be helpful if you could share some details, such as: - Which browser are you using? - For which situations/websites does this extension not work?
