New Tab opens with a blank black page

Make your New Tab a simple Blank Black Page :) If you like a New Tab to open quickly and contain nothing this is the Extension for you. Get rid of the default Chrome New Tab and it's slow-loading privacy-pooping "Recently Opened Websites" icons. Why did I write this Extension? Because I don't like the default Chrome New Tab, and most importantly I want my New Tabs to simply be a blank black page. So here it is! As Eric S. Raymond said "Every good work of software starts by scratching a developer's personal itch." I click to open new blank black page and it sends me to google store to download the extension again

It even makes it so that when you hide the bookmarks bar, it remains hidden even on new tabs! I really hated when the bookmarks bar was shown on a new tab even when I set it to be hidden.
