New Listing Notifier for eBay
Overview
Automatically refreshes eBay searches sorted by Newly Listed and plays a sound when a new listing appears.
Never miss a newly listed item again. New Listing Notifier for eBay automatically refreshes eBay searches sorted by “Newly Listed” and plays a notification sound when new items appear. You will notice a ding when you first load the eBay page and auction results show, this is normal as it is just the extension realizing the first listing(s) change. Perfect for collectors, resellers, deal hunters, and anyone tracking fast-moving listings. How it works: • Monitors eBay search pages sorted by Newly Listed • Refreshes the page at randomized intervals (approximately 2–3 minutes) • Detects new listings at the top of results • Plays an audible alert when new items are found • Runs entirely in your browser No accounts required. No external servers. No tracking. No data collection. All listing checks and comparisons occur locally using your browser’s storage. Permissions explained: • tabs – refresh eligible eBay search pages • alarms – schedule randomized refresh intervals • storage – remember previously seen listing IDs locally • offscreen – play notification audio in compliance with Chrome Manifest V3 This extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.
