Neurula Scribe is an ambient clinical documentation assistant. Start a session at the beginning of a consultation; by the end, the EMR form in front of you is filled in and waiting for your review. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your EMR and press Start in the Neurula Scribe widget (or Alt+Shift+S). 2. Consult as normal. Nothing changes about how you speak with your patient. 3. Press Stop. Neurula Scribe transcribes the consultation, structures it into a clinical note, and maps that note onto the fields of the form already open in front of you (Alt+Shift+F). 4. Review every field before you save. Nothing is ever submitted to your EMR on your behalf. WORKS WITH THE EMR YOU ALREADY USE There is no integration to build and no EMR vendor to coordinate with. Neurula Scribe reads the form on screen and matches clinical content to fields by their labels, so it works with web-based EMRs as they are. Your facility administrator can add form templates to sharpen field matching for the systems your clinic uses most. BUILT FOR MULTILINGUAL CONSULTATIONS Consultations in the Gulf move between languages mid-sentence. Neurula Scribe is designed for code-switched speech and produces the note in English. YOU STAY IN CONTROL OF THE FORM - Fields you have already typed into are never overwritten. If a field's value changed after the session started, the suggestion is queued for you to accept or reject rather than applied silently. - Patient identifiers are excluded from AI processing. Fields your facility marks as identifiers - name, MRN, ID number, date of birth - are stripped before any content is sent for analysis, and never appear in generated output. - Every filled field remains editable. You approve the note; the extension does not. PRIVACY - Consultation audio and transcripts are not retained on Neurula's servers. Audio is processed for transcription and returned to your browser as a note. - Transcription and note structuring are performed by contracted third-party AI providers. The privacy policy names them. - While a session is in flight, audio is stored encrypted on your own device so a dropped connection or a failed upload does not cost you the consultation. It is deleted once transcription succeeds, or when your facility's retention window elapses - whichever comes first. Your administrator sets that window. - The five most recent notes are kept on your device for seven days so you can revisit them, then deleted automatically. - Neurula's servers are hosted in the AWS. - Full details: https://admin.neurula.ai/privacypolicy PERMISSIONS Neurula Scribe requests access to all sites because clinics run different web EMRs on private hostnames that cannot be known in advance. Microphone access is requested only when you start a session, and recording only ever begins after you explicitly press Start. ACCESS Neurula Scribe requires an account issued by your healthcare facility. There is no public sign-up. If your clinic is not yet using Neurula Scribe, please contact your administrator.
