NeuroFlow Capture

Capture a lead from the web page you are viewing straight into your NeuroFlow CRM.

NeuroFlow Capture saves the lead you are looking at into your NeuroFlow CRM in one click. Open a lead in any web system, such as another CRM, a dialer, a directory listing or a website contact page. Click the NeuroFlow Capture button, choose the pipeline, and click Capture this page. NeuroFlow finds the lead's details on the page and creates the contact, the company and an opportunity in your organization. It finds names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, company information and notes, plus any other labeled details it finds. The extension then links you straight to the new records. How it works: • Connect once. In NeuroFlow, open CRM → Capture Profiles and click Connect this browser. There are no keys to copy or paste. • Choose the pipeline. Each capture profile sends leads to a pipeline. The extension remembers your last choice and starts with your organization's default. • Works with more than one organization. If you belong to several NeuroFlow organizations, pick which one to capture into. Privacy and security: • The extension reads a page only when you click Capture this page. It never runs in the background or watches your browsing. • Password fields are always blanked before anything is sent. • Captured pages go only to your own NeuroFlow organization, over an encrypted connection. • Your connection renews automatically, and it ends as soon as you leave the organization. Administrators can disconnect any browser from NeuroFlow. Requires a NeuroFlow account with the Capture Profiles browser extension feature turned on for your organization.
