Not Working

I should have service throu 2026. It has worked very well until recently. Isn't blocking ads at all and privacy issues are appearing.

paid a lot of money for a lifetime membership, worked for the first two weeks and now when i try to open it it comes up as loading and then shuts down. WHY????
