What kind of subtitles

Hello Niko,
I was wondering if your extension uses the subtitles supplied by netflix or works by AI generated subtitles? I am currently watching a show in Japan that does not have any subtitles because it is quite old. Would your extension even work with this?
Also, which data are you collecting and tracking and which permissions does your extension use in detail?

I can't use paid service

I have paid through stripe, I cannot load my license, I always see You've been signed out, if I give reload license it does nothing, I have deactivated the test, the payment has been made correctly, I have an email with the receipt of payment and on niko's page I am subscribed. How can I login? I have sent you an email too
