Nem hivatalos, helyben működő segéd a GDE Neptun belépési és kétlépcsős azonosítási folyamatához.
A Neptune egy nem hivatalos, helyben működő böngészőbővítmény, amely kényelmesebbé teszi a Gábor Dénes Egyetem Neptun rendszerébe történő belépést és a kétlépcsős azonosítást. A bővítmény támogatja a TOTP-alapú azonosítást, a helyi beállításkezelést és a belépési folyamat egyszerűsítését. A felhasználói adatok feldolgozása helyben, a böngészőben történik; a bővítmény nem használ külső háttérszervert. A Neptune független, nem hivatalos projekt, és nem áll kapcsolatban a Gábor Dénes Egyetemmel vagy a Neptun rendszer fejlesztőjével.
