Watching it together should be just as simple. iWatchUWatch lets you create a private watch room, invite your friends, stay perfectly synchronized, and chat while watching. **HOW IT WORKS** 1. Create a room and get a simple 8-character code. 2. Share the code with your friends. 3. Everyone joins the room. 4. Press the purple button and watch together. That's it. No complicated setup. **EVERYONE WATCHES FROM THEIR OWN BROWSER** The video is played directly in each person's browser. iWatchUWatch synchronizes the important playback actions between everyone in the room. Play, pause and seeking are synchronized automatically. Small timing differences are corrected in the background so everyone stays together without constantly noticing the synchronization. If someone's video needs to buffer, the room can wait for them and continue together. **CHAT WHILE YOU WATCH** Talk without leaving the video. Messages can appear temporarily over the video when the side panel is closed, so you can keep watching while staying connected with everyone in the room. **WORKS WITH WEB VIDEO** iWatchUWatch works with HTML5 video players directly on webpages instead of relying on a specific video service. This makes it suitable for watching videos together across many different websites and player implementations. **YOUR VIDEO STAYS WITH YOU** The video itself never passes through our servers. Everyone watches directly from their own browser and uses their own account where required. Only the small amount of information needed to synchronize the room is exchanged, such as playback position, play/pause state and chat messages. Chat messages are not stored on our server. Rooms exist only while they are being used and are removed when the last participant leaves. No advertising. No tracking code. **FREE TO JOIN** Joining someone else's room is completely free. You don't need a subscription to watch together when someone else has created the room. Creating a room requires an active subscription and supports up to 5 people in the same room. One subscription covers the whole room — your friends don't need their own subscription to join. **REQUIREMENTS** Chrome 116 or newer is required. Edge, Brave and Opera may work but are not officially verified.
