Overview
One-click insert your NeighborlyBuzz newsletter into Gmail, Outlook, or AppFolio - formatting preserved, data stays on your device.
NeighborlyBuzz Companion is the missing link between the NeighborlyBuzz newsletter builder and the tools property teams actually send from. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build your resident newsletter at neighborlybuzz.com and click "Copy HTML Source." 2. The Companion remembers it — locally, on your device. 3. Open Gmail, Outlook on the web, or AppFolio's letter editor. A small NeighborlyBuzz button appears. Click it, and your newsletter drops in — layout, images, buttons and links intact, without the formatting damage of ordinary copy-and-paste. 4. After you insert, the button disappears until you copy your next newsletter, so it never gets in the way of everyday email. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account needed, no network requests, no analytics, no tracking. - Your newsletter is stored only in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. - Runs only on neighborlybuzz.com, Gmail, Outlook on the web, and AppFolio. NeighborlyBuzz Companion is free. It is designed for property teams using NeighborlyBuzz (neighborlybuzz.com) — newsletter-first resident engagement for apartment communities.
