Toki is a week planner that lives in Chrome's side panel, so you can keep it open right next to your timesheet. Plan Add a row for each piece of work: pick a category, give it a title and enter the hours for Monday to Friday. The per-day totals and the week total add up as you type. Copy last week's plan in one click and move between weeks with the arrows. My day Set your working hours, lunch and up to six breaks for each weekday. Toki shows when each day really ends, and Copy Monday to all fills in the rest of the week. Categories A set of general categories comes with Toki. Add your own for your projects and name them the way you do. Add the week to your calendar One click turns the planned hours into an .ics file, laid around your lunch and breaks, and hands it to your default calendar app. Prefer to import it yourself? Save the .ics only. Private by design Your plan, your working day, your categories and your theme choice stay in your browser. Toki has no account, makes no network requests, asks for no access to any website and never reads your calendar. The only thing it writes is the .ics file you ask for. Good to know Whether your calendar app imports the file cleanly depends on that app, so check that the blocks landed. If you replan a week, import it into a calendar of its own and delete that calendar before importing the new version.
