SheetConnect for Salesforce
Overview
Import Salesforce objects and reports into Google Sheets™, and send confirmed record changes back.
SheetConnect for Salesforce adds a side panel to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you already have open, and connects it to the Salesforce organization you are already signed in to. There is no developer-operated backend and no Apps Script to install. IMPORT INTO A WORKSHEET - Pick any Salesforce object and import from a List View or your own SOQL, with inline field suggestions including relationship paths. - Search every report by ID, name, developer name or folder, then import it. - Grouped reports import their groupings, aggregates, subtotals and grand totals; turn on report details to import the full detail rows for that run without changing the report in Salesforce. - Object imports follow every result page, so you are not capped at the first batch. SEND CHANGES BACK TO SALESFORCE - Insert, Update, Upsert and Delete straight from the worksheet, which acts as your input table. - Choose an optional data range so only the rows and columns you select are read. - Headers map to field API names or unambiguous labels; validation checks permissions, required fields, types, duplicate headers and ID prefixes before anything runs. - Run as sequential batches of up to 200 records, or as a single Bulk API 2.0 job with downloadable result files. - Every run names the org, object, worksheet, operation and record count and waits for your confirmation. - An optional status column is inserted after your data, shifting later columns right rather than overwriting them. It is off by default. CONVERT VALUES - Replace values in a column using Salesforce lookups, without touching your saved import mapping. ENGLISH AND JAPANESE - The whole panel is available in both, using Salesforce's own Japanese terminology. - A Japanese browser opens in Japanese; the selector in the header overrides it either way. YOUR CREDENTIALS STAY PUT - Your Salesforce session cookie is never copied into extension storage and never reaches the panel. - Google access is requested only when you choose Connect Google, and the token stays in Chrome's own token cache. - No analytics, no telemetry, no ads. SheetConnect for Salesforce is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce or Google.
