SectionSnap
Overview
Capture any scrollable pane, iframe, or container as one stitched PNG. Copy it to the clipboard or save it to a folder.
SectionSnap captures any scrollable pane, iframe, or embedded container on a webpage as one seamless PNG, not just what fits on screen. Click the toolbar button (or your keyboard shortcut), then click inside the pane you want: a chat panel, an embedded dashboard, a nested iframe, a data table, or any other scrollable area. SectionSnap scrolls through the whole thing, captures each slice, and stitches them into one image. If the target doesn't scroll, it's captured in one shot. Choose what happens next: • Copy to clipboard, ready to paste into Teams, Outlook, Slack, email, or any image editor. • Save to a folder. PNGs go into a folder inside Downloads (SectionSnap by default), never overwriting earlier captures. • Or both. Come back to any capture: • Turn on History to keep recent captures in the browser (the last 50 by default). • Open it from the toolbar icon's right-click menu, or in the browser's side panel next to the page. • Captures are grouped by day and searchable. View one full size, copy it, download it, or delete it. Paste or drop your own images in too. AI on your captures (optional, off by default) • Summarize a capture, pull out its text, or run any of 71 ready-made prompts: catch up on a long thread, triage a ticket, explain a chart, turn a table into CSV, and more. Or write your own. • Two ways to run it. SectionSnap Pro: no API key needed, 1,000 credits a month, $8/month or $72/year. Or your own OpenRouter key: pay OpenRouter directly for each run, with any model it offers. • Nothing is sent until you run an AI action. With Pro, the capture passes through the SectionSnap server to the AI and isn't kept, and Pro only uses AI endpoints that keep nothing. With your own key, it goes straight to OpenRouter. • Answers stay in your History on this device. Make it yours from the settings page (right-click the toolbar icon → Extension options): • Set a keyboard shortcut to start a capture. • Pick the highlight color and how long the result card stays open. • Advanced tuning for tricky pages: hide sticky headers and floating buttons, wait longer for lazy-loading content, cap capture length, and control how small an element you can select. SectionSnap works even when the scrollable content is nested inside an embedded iframe, resolving the right coordinates so the capture lines up. Privacy: no analytics and no accounts. Settings are kept in your browser's extension storage, and History stays on this device. AI sends a capture's text or screenshot only when you run an AI action: through the SectionSnap Pro server (which keeps usage counts only, never the capture) or straight to OpenRouter with your own key.
