Overview

Counts your real focus time and helps you sit well at your desk, with a pixel woodpecker. Video stays on your device.

Your head drops. Ttak knocks. You come back. Every practice begins with noticing. In Buddhist meditation this is called sati: mindful awareness. You catch the moment your mind drifts and gently return. Ttak brings that practice to your desk. When your head sinks toward the keyboard, a pixel woodpecker knocks a wooden moktak. In Korean temples the moktak is carved as a fish whose eyes never close, a symbol of staying awake. One clear knock and you notice. You sit up, and your page clears. That small loop of drift, notice and return is metacognition: awareness of your own attention. Repeated through the day, it becomes a habit, and the habit becomes a more awake day. WHAT TTAK DOES • Counts net focus only: the time you are actually at your desk, upright and present. Head-down, away and paused time don't count. • Notices on your device: your webcam checks head and shoulders on your own computer. Each frame is discarded right after. • Brings you back gently: a real recorded moktak knock, a soft page blur or dim (choose the strength, or turn it off), and a pixel woodpecker that rests, focuses and celebrates with you. • Phone and watch nudge (optional): your phone, Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch or Wear OS vibrates when your head stays down. Scan once with the free ntfy app. No account. • Breaks that care for you: stretch reminders, a 20-20-20 eye break, and a moktak roll at 108 minutes of net focus. 108 is the number of beads on a Buddhist mala. • Your face on the moktak, if you like. Only a tiny 64×64 copy stays in your browser. • English, 한국어, 日本語, Español, 简体中文. TTAK PRO: SEE YOUR ATTENTION Awareness deepens when you can see the pattern. Pro shows when your focus holds and when it breaks: • Hour-by-hour report over 7 and 30 days • Your best 2-hour window, and the hours your focus slips most • Deep-focus blocks (25+ minutes) and what ended them: head down, leaving, or pausing • Five pet colorways, up to six alert voices, CSV export Start a 7-day free trial inside Ttak. No card needed. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Video never leaves your device. No images, no recordings. • No account, no ads, no analytics. • Delete everything with one button. START IN ONE MINUTE 1. Add Ttak to Chrome. 2. Allow the camera and press Start. 3. Sit up for 3 seconds. Ttak learns your posture and starts counting the time that truly matters. Ttak is a focus and wellbeing tool, not a medical device.
