NCS Dispatch Walkthrough turns the vehicle assignment SOP into a guided, one-question-at-a-time tool a dispatcher runs before assigning a pickup in CATS. Answer questions about the pickup location, vehicle, and condition in order, and the tool walks through the same evaluation the written SOP describes — capability gate, conditional tiers, geographic tiers, and review flags — and shows exactly which rule produced the recommendation. When the SOP calls for a person to decide (an unresolved region, a flagged divergence, or a case the rules don't cover), the tool says so plainly instead of guessing.
