Won't open in Amazon - please help.

Hi - I have the 14 day free trial as of Wednesday night. It worked when I first downloaded/added the extension, but will no longer open up in Amazon. Please help me ASAP. I've already lost a day of my free trial. Thank you for your assistance.

Extension works in Canada but not in the USA

It doesn't work on Amazon.

On a laptop it runs fine.
However, it does not work on desktop.
