Navi for Chrome puts Cartesia’s recruiting system beside the page you’re reading. It’s for Cartesia’s hiring team only, and you sign in with your Cartesia account. • On a LinkedIn, GitHub or Google Scholar profile: whether the person is already in Ashby, their applications on your roles and where they got to, and how they fit your open roles. Add them as a prospect to one of your roles, or refer them. • On a candidate in Ashby: Navi’s read, their CV score, and the scorecards still owed. • On an interview in Google Calendar: your prep for it. • On an email from a candidate in Gmail: where they are in the process, and Save for later.
