Custom endpoint and Assitant selection

In our company we're hosting our own OpenAI instance on Azure.
We would like to be able to connect the navchat extension to owr own private/internal openai instance.
Also it would be great if it could then leverage one of the Assistants that are defined on that particular openai instance.

I think such an enhancement would be a great addition to your plugin, also because this could really interesting for companies/individuals that are hosting private instances of openai.
