system do not work on PC, On mobile it works

I already do this many time:
**"Something went wrong... Please wait a few moments, refresh, and try again. If the problem persists, use the 'Reset Reader' button in the user menu"**

Very buggy even in paid version

I am visually impaired, so wanted this for a natural sounding tts option. It was great for the first few days, so I decided to pay for the 'premium' version. I payd $122.57 USD and it is absolutley not worth it.
It is extremely buggy. The reader sometimes skips whole sentences, or sometimes entire paragrphs. Half the time it won't even load and I have to close the reader and open it agian for it to work. If i'm on reddit - as soon as the tts begins, all of the text on the screen disappears.
This is frankly unacceptable, and definitely will not work for me when I am relying on this program ot read me what is on the screen. I have only had it 3 months and am very disappointed.

Google US English Free Voice Isn't Working

I've been using Natural Reader extension on Google Chrome (on my LInux based Operating System) for about a year now, but recently noticed that the Google US English Free voice doesn't work anymore. After I press the play button, the Pause Button doesn't stop spinning, and nothing gets read.

Please look into this.

uninstalling natural reader

I still have natural reader trying to access my camera even though I have cancelled my subscription, deleted my account and uninstalled the program. I have had to use my anti virus to uninstall the program but it still comes up on my installed programs. It's driving me insane.

Looping one sentence over and over in chrome extension

Natural reader extension is looping one sentence chrome extension. I use it almost everyday for coursework, and today it is looping only one sentence. Is this a paywall or a bug. Please help. Thank you.

Upload Voice File

repeatedly unable to upload audio file for cloning. File appears to be uploadeed but does not appear in cloned voices. this voice is essential.
