This extension is invaluable for any staff requiring a visual presence of an inbound call. I do have to reinstall it (1.14) when relocating from the office back to home but not the other way around. On 1.14, the release was not ready for answering via the large pop up and could cause calls not to be hung up on correctly with our companies use of Omni-Channel. This morning (12/03/23) I note version 1.16 is now available after many months! But no release notes here or on the Natterbox communi... Show more
