NarratifAI Companion
Overview
Record meeting audio locally, then bring it to NarratifAI for transcription.
NarratifAI Companion records the audio of meetings you join in Chrome, so you can turn them into accurate transcripts, speaker-labelled notes and meeting minutes in NarratifAI. How it works 1. Join your meeting in a Chrome tab (Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams in the browser). 2. Open the Companion and choose Open meeting recorder. 3. Confirm everyone knows they're being recorded, pick the meeting tab and turn on Share tab audio. You can include your microphone too. 4. When the meeting ends, choose Stop & save and download the audio. 5. Upload it to NarratifAI to get a transcript that knows who said what, in English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and 90+ other languages. Private by design - Recordings stay on your computer, in this browser, until you choose to download or upload them. - No meeting bot joins your call, and no audio is sent anywhere automatically. - Video is never saved. - You stay in control: preview, download or delete recordings at any time. Good to know - Recording stops automatically after two hours. - Keep the recorder tab open while recording. - Use headphones for the clearest audio.
