Open Last Tab

When I saw that CLUT was spying on me I removed it and installed this instead, unfortunately Open Last Tab also does not fully support Tab Groups yet. I can "jump" out of a tab group, but it does not jump back into the tab group or between tabs in the same group.

Removed the tracking code of Clut, indeed. You can check it if you compare the `background.js` of the two repositories. Works flawlessly.

Appears to operate well with Tab Activate. Well done! Slowly bringing Tab Mix + functionality to Chrome/Brave piece by piece
