The extension does not upload your images to its own servers, build a history of other pages you visit, or use analytics or advertising trackers. The URL and title of a page you explicitly scan, along with its candidate image URLs, are processed locally for the finder and its temporary draft. Local file conversion works without website access. With optional permission, the extension can fetch an image you right-click or drag. When you start the page-image finder, it reads images and candidate image URLs from the current webpage and accessible frames. Selected images are fetched from their source websites and processed in your browser. If you turn on automatic refresh, it checks for new images only while the side panel is visible. Chrome sync storage holds conversion preferences, which may sync to your other devices if Chrome sync is enabled. Browser local/session storage holds page-download options and a temporary selection, including the scanned page URL and title. It also stores recent download-job records and needed image data locally in your browser so you can pause or recover a job. Finished jobs are cleaned up on a later use after 24 hours; active and paused jobs remain until handled. You can clear temporary jobs in the side panel without deleting files already downloaded. If you uninstall the extension, Chrome opens an optional Google Forms feedback survey. The extension sends no images, browsing data, or personal identifiers with that link. Survey answers are submitted to Google only if you choose to respond. IMPORTANT NOTES • Animated GIF and animated WebP files are exported as a static first-frame image when converted. Choose Keep original bytes in the page-image finder to preserve animation • Target maximum file size is an estimate; some results may exceed it • Very large images may be downscaled to protect browser memory; web-image requests are limited to 32 MiB and 25 seconds per file • Some remote images may fail when their source website blocks image access • Transparent pixels use a white background when exported as JPG HELP AND FEEDBACK For help, email dlenfdl211@naver.com with your extension version, steps, and error message.
