Gmail to PDF saves the message you are already reading — or an entire conversation — as a clean, searchable PDF in one click. • Click the toolbar icon, the in-page "Save as PDF" button, or right-click and choose “Save this email as PDF”. • Whole conversation by default — collapsed and older messages are expanded and included, chronologically ordered; or export just the open email. • Keep the header (From, To, Cc, Date, Subject), the body and inline images. • Get real vector text: select it, copy it, search it in the PDF. • Export several selected conversations as one merged PDF or as separate files (optionally zipped). • Links stay clickable; attachments are listed by name. • Works in 6 languages, in light and dark mode. Private by design: there is no account, no server and no analytics. Everything is processed locally in your browser and your email never leaves your device. The extension runs only on mail.google.com.
